Ruth has been practicing in holistic bodywork therapy for more than a decade. She specializes in "eclectic therapeutic massage and bodywork." She formulates each session specific to the needs of the client on that day . Her bodywork portfolio contains knowledge of Swedish massage, Thai yoga massage, deep pressure and deep tissue massage,neuromuscular
bodywork, stretching and strengthening routines and Reiki energy work. (See therapies page for details on each technique.)
Ruth is currently studying advanced clinical massage under Kyle Wright, LMT at the North Carolina School of Advanced Bodywork , NC and also orthopedic massage with James Waslaski, LMT of TX. Ruth is able to provide therapeutic and relaxing massage with skill and confidence.
